what paint 10k - irbis or 15k - jade

Depend of what you want. I think Irbis is better.

Jade is perfect in maps like Monte Carlo, Desert. Irbis is better in maps like Silence, Bobruisk (because of the Isida protection), and Irbis is a bit cheaper. Overall I think Irbis is a bit more diverse.

I don´t think so. As an Isida you have to be able to keep up with you allies, even if they have nitro.

If most people have viking, your cannot get to them quickly enough with dictator, even in small/medium maps.

MigShot, in my opinion Isida works best with a fast tank like Hornet. Eventually you'll have to buy Viking, but Hornet is great tank, even at the higher ranks. Use it's speed to your advantage and you'll be fine.

But its cheap and if you are a Dictator player you aren't annoyed, your other team member are annoyed.

Dictator is weak :/ but a great tank nonetheless until you get to the rank of about WO4. Viking m0 is roughly the equivalent of m2 tator and the m2 vik is superior than the m3 tator. m3 viking of course is overwhelmingly stronger than the tator. Although it might be more expensive, it is well worth the investment.
