Problem with thunder m3 in connection with my account

We had 190.000 crystals that have him Thunder M3 ( first day ) , When I entered ( the next day )  , I had nothing , not even 190.000 crystals and thunder m3 . Why ??? Why ??? :( :( :angry: :angry: Plz helppp Admin Help :) :)

Like @jokersus.cava said, contact help@tankionline.com; They are supposed to be the address about such cases, although I heard about cases that English people contacted them, and they answered something that isn't related  - I suspect they don't understand English good!

About the Thunder M3, well, it's not a hacker - there's no way to remove an Item from the Garage. About the Crystals - Are you sure that no item was added to your Garage, even not Supplies? Because if not, that's a bug that as much as I know didn't ever occur until now... If something was added - it's really super-weird: something that can occur because of a hacker (that hacks and then buys), and something that can't occur by a hacker - Item that just disappears to nowhere!
