I know that. The point is that the logo was created when the game was first made and when it was made, the starter tank was Wasp Smokey, therefore it is logical that the logo shows a Wasp Smokey.

Yet if you take the main features of the tanks it looks more like hunter than wasp

Wasp has curved front tracks and hunter has a slightly angled front part and steeper tracks

It could also be one of the tank models from the prototype game "tanks". The one with the map that looks like Tribute, but with water.

It is Hunter/Railgun! :O The bottom of the smoky gun is flat so it would lay flat on the hull but is a bit above. It must be Railgun since railgun is a bit raised. Also, for the hull, the top front of the hull slopes down, just like hunter.
