its a problem not a question

First you have to log into any russian server, then you click on settings.

This will come up:

Press the button I put the rectangle around, and this should come up:

Then login through VK, and it should work :D

The thing is, you have to log onto the Russian servers to be able to toggle on/off those settings. That is the only way, since this VK Promotion is originally made for Russians in the first place, so it only makes sense.

 

Anyways, it didn't work for me on first try either. So first click on the VK option once, and try. If it doesn't work, click on the Facebook option once, and try again. If it doesn't work, then click on the VK option again, and leave the Facebook option the way you left it. It should work by then.
