First, you try to find a full ten-on-ten Pro Battle that isn't a XP battle or full of high-rankers. Those are non-existent, and that is a problem for anyone who does not play XP battles. Therefore I do not think they are 'ever more popular' if you can't even find a simple ten on ten that has more than two players on a team.

 

Second, the TO developers have made their own game more expensive to run and maintain, so really it's their own fault if they spent more than they could. And, based on what I've heard, the game was a lot more fun anyway before the major re-balance and new graphics (in 2012).

 

Finally, these buyers are more than a few people, as there is at least one in every battle, and most of these kit-buyers drug relentlessly even if the fund is small or if their team is winning.

I agree that it is hard to play battles without drugs, but during the days of NS it was even more uncommon. And yeah it costs quite a bit money to run a MMO game like Tanki. If you know me you know how much I hate druggers and enjoy skilled gameplay, but people need to be patient and not whine, but simply encourage the devs team to continue on their path to equal play.
