Test Server Smart Cooldown

So Smart Cooldown is now on the test server. 

 

The latest information in V-Log 13 does not really show how bad this update is in my opinion. Its just Tanki trying to make out like its a great idea....Having tried it, I thinks its the worse update ever! 

 

The V-Log says we should discuss the update in the forum.

 

So: What do those that have tried it on the test server think about Smart Cooldown?

i belive they are good now there will be no more drugers who press 2 3 4 right after they respawn

i have tried a few minutes,i both like and dont like it,been in situations where i had the whole enemy team with their drugs and i couldnt stand a chance,and situations where i've been doing well,equipment counts very much,m3 is less able to face a fully mued
