In about 6 billion years, the Sun’s core will run out of hydrogen. When this happens, the inert helium ash built up in the core will become unstable and collapse under its own weight. This will cause the core to heat up and get denser. The Sun will grow in size and enter the red giant phase of its evolution. The expanding Sun will consume the orbits of Mercury and Venus, and probably gobble up the Earth as well. Even if the Earth survives, the intense heat from the red sun will scorch our planet and make it completely impossible for life to survive.

I never said anything about Sun entering Red giant phase. I said how it will gradually heat up as time passes by. Like 1 million year passes by: Sun heats up.

We all know "2012" movie in that they have showed that this is the last day of the earth for this all people got frightened and bought natural calamities resistance houses which are highly expensive but some smart people doesn't believeed they didn't waste their money ?all scientists had said it that 21-12-2012 will be the end ,but it went wrong .so this has been a unbreakable puzzle and a big mystery when earth will end ??? Lets get this all straight, scientists never said the world would end in 2012, People just assumed that it would end just like the movie. There, answer solved 2 years later...
