Unfortunately, depending on the scenario, your suggestion may be redundant. If he no longer has access to his account then there will be no way for him to connect an e-mail with his account. But, he would not have an issue if he had access to his account, as he could just go into settings and change the password, hence locking out the hacker. So the fact that this player has come here for help would imply that he no longer has access to the account.

I suggested him to get an email adress to be able to contact the tech suport. In above posts, he said he didn't have one, so he needs to get an email address as soon as possible because without an email adress, he can't get his account back, as you already know :)

Ah, ok. that's great, now I see your logic. But, for the sake of my antics, perhaps in the future make clear what you are trying to say, so as to not leave the already confused player, more so confused. :)
