This is not correct for me.  Does anyone know how to talk in global chat currently?  Is this game falling apart?

Ok thank you for pointing this out, I'm sure that this wiki page will be updated.

 

To talk in chat press "Enter". Your text will either be red or blue depending on what team you are on indicating that you are in team chat. If you would like to talk to everyone then press "Tab" after you have pressed "Enter". This will have white text and say "To all:" at the beginning of your sentence.
