If you want to have a wedding in Tanki, sure, go ahead. But Semyon, why you had to attend it? If everything in the game is fixed and all players are happy I would've understand it, but now?

 

This wedding affects just two people, while fatal errors, mults and other problems affect the whole community. I think there's something wrong with your priorities.

It's not Semyon's work to remove mults from battles.

Why not? It was a big event, fun and rare one, and he is a great manager and friend who HARDLY found some time to attend it, which I appreciate SO much. He helped us a lot and he made many people happy, not only 2 of us.

If some players are complaining, doesn't mean all of us are unhappy. Generalissimos will complain forever. I myself experienced being called a mult just because of my rank Major. Define me word MULT? Because for highest ranks, all lower ranks are mults, doesn't matter if they play good or no, they are mults. So in my opinion it's very selfish from them. But if we are speaking about mults who don't play, just do parkour, collect crystals or are on pause all the time, then we should blame moderators for not being able to come whenever we need them. Right? I guess they also have something called life and obligations.

Don't get me wrong, but it's really not your problem for what he is using his time. It was a weekend. He sometimes has days off too, you know.

I fully agree with you that a community manager's priority should be doing things that benefit large numbers of players. But it doesn't have to be like that all the time. Like now for example, I am answering your comment because I want to help you in understanding the situation and it takes me very little time to do that. It's a matter of balance. 

 

Now to the main point. Global problems that you have mentioned have very little to do with community management actually. These are issues that the whole team at Tanki is trying to solve, it's not just up to me. Just wanted to make it super clear, as many people  think that a community manager is a Swiss multitool that does all the things including fixing Fatal Errors. We are doing our best, mate, and your support matters.

I understand that it's not your job to fix them yourself, but I do know you have the power to get things like this done. That's why I mentioned your name. Since you said the whole team is trying to solve these problems I'd like to know if they're working on a new kicksystem at the moment as mults (and yes Mia, I mean parkouring, crystal collecting, not helping the team-mults, becuase you see, I once was a lower rank too and faced the same problems with Generalissimo's) are a very big problem and I heard the same from a lot of other people.

 

P.S.: thanks for responding, atleast you didn't ingored it, so I could make my point and emphasize how much we need a new kick-system and fixes for the other problems. I really appreciate it.

I'm believe you right away that things like that happen, and I'm also sure that she's not the only one facing this. But I want to make clear that I mean real mults (people just collecting crystals, parkouring in a normal battle, blocking your way on purpose etc.) and that I didn't call her or anyone else in this topic a mult.

Yeah, I know, was just a funny comment ^_^ . But I don't know why you assume that Semyon has the authority to push his own agenda (or that of our community). He is responsible for being the link between us and the Devs (passing on our feedback). Pretty sure setting priorities for the programmers and game designers is a little out of his jurisdiction.
