Who else is getting worse lag than ever before?

Okay, is it just me experiencing terrible lag, or anyone else? for some reason the past week the lag has been awful....

 

I have modern equipment and fibre-optic broadband 100MB down speed.

 

It's lagging more than it ever has what is going on?  :angry:

Correct, overcrowded servers cause lag in game. Other causes may be too many tabs/programs open at once, low internet connection. Turning off graphics quality settings such as lighting and dust particles, will really reduce lag.

Thing is it was happening before the server reduction.... I'm a computer tech it's not anything from my end!

 

Today is the same... mega lag more than I've ever experienced.. wonder what servers they use?

Yeah, I tried entering a few games and it wouldn't even load. Sometimes the ping is 999 and fps is 1.. Only happened since yesterday.

To me the reduction in servers is all about saving money. The new spectator feature being handed out is also about saving money. Why do you think they want you to have Youtube with over 100 subscribers? Free advertising. They don't care that they are enabling a new form of cheating or causing unbearable lag. It's all about numbers. The higher the user count the better the game looks. Customer retention is not important when 100's if not 1000's of new players join daily. If I leave, who cares, I will be replaced by 2-3 others.

Does anyone think the devs will fix this? Or have we reached the point of not caring any more. I wonder what the devs are thinking sometimes. How many people predicted this? Yet they still went ahead and did it. I guess lag is not an issue in Russia.

Wow, terrible lag in forum :( and always error messages in tanki, cannot establish......

I can't open forum from mobile, alll other sites can be opened tanki forum cannot be :(

Loading a page/topic for me takes way too long,But the game has coped on for me (Lag wise)

The LAG for the past 3 days now has been 19 fps max it's making it impossible to play.... please take notice of this!!  something is wrong somewhere for it to be this bad and I know it's not from my end... lots more players are suffering lately.. why is it so bad?

I had 35 kills but I lagged than I had 1 lost -_-
