I tried another video which is not connected with tanki online, 1 minute length of video and uploading 1090 minutes. Hey its 1 minute length video takes 1090 minutes. How can i solve this problem? Perhaps it is the level of quality for which you are uploading your video, maybe try to set it to upload a lower quality, as the only requirement for the Game Violators section is that the violations is clearly visible along with the username of the player who committed the violation.

Download Windows Movie Maker , a simple program...
Upload your videos and u can do editing things.........
And save the file as "For Computer"
And Post it in Youtube...
It Normally Takes me 15 Minutes To Upload a 5 Minutes Video.....
Good Luck !!

I use Camstudio v. 2.7 screen recorder, i downloaded the latest version, its the best screen recorder, there no lags at all on video, it records in high quality, and i have movie maker, and it records in "avi" formats but that isn't so much important, i will try to convert to mp4 format or something like that and reduce resolution that will probably speed up uploading, but then problem would be screen resolution, nicknames won't be clearly visible.

OK, here's a solution. Play the video that you've recorded before and use another capturing software to record the screen while the video is playing. It will decrease the size of the video and you will upload it faster.

I didn't download movie maker, i have downloaded Proshow gold, which is 100 better, and you can directly make video and upload it to youtube from program itself, so i solved my problem. But btw, thanks on advices.
