a new avatar for spectator

Hi,guys

For every staff in tanki there's an avatar and their name is highlighted with colours but only spectators doesn't have avatar :( so I'm proposing to developers to make a new avatar for spectators it will be good and spectators do a lot of work so they should also be highlighted

It's not a staff position. Some of the players who have Spectator discussed this previously, and it was determined that Spectators don't really need any such benefits, as they actually have no specific responsibilities. They just use the feature both for their own creativity, and to promote the game in the process - an avatar would not be necessary for them to continue to do so.

Could you justify why you think they need an avatar? If you can do so, then I'm sure the administration will take your justification into account :)

 

Nothing bad happens if Spectators get an avatar, but the point that myself (and other players with Spectator mode) have made in the past is that it's not necessary - nothing particularly constructive or useful would come of it.

Being a spectator is not a job. It's a privlege bestowed upon people with at least 100 subscribers on YouTube. What you do with that privliege is completely up to you. Therefore, nothing is essentially required of you. If nothing is required of you, you don't need to do anything, and you very well may not do anything. If you aren't going to do anything, what is the point of awarding an avatar and more privleges to you.  First prove that you deserve an avatar, then think about requesting one.

In closing, I suggest you drop the attitude and heed the advice of one of the community's wisest forumers. You'll be bettered if you do so.

Wow...I'm pretty disappointed with your reason.., People who have received spectator modes recently have done a really good job for the community and haven't applied to get and avatar just to supposedly be "special". You can be special without an avatar. Having good motives, helping the community and being a good tanker/forumer can get you recognised as being special.

Being Spectator is a waste because you won't get an avatar?

 

 

 

 

I strongly advise you to reconsider that attitude if you want to become part of the staff. Being staff is not about the avatar, it is about helping the community in a constructive and rewarding way. Hope you understand :)
