Hacked account

My account, theteramon has been hacked. i am not enjoying this. For some reason whenever i try to send an email to help@tankionline.com it says that the email has failed and could not be sent. I am doing nothing wrong; i have sent hundreds of other emails, but for some reason not this one. i am not enjoying being locked out of my account. Is there any like admin that i can PM in order to get my problem solved? Hackery is no fun at all.  :(

There must be a technical issue in your email. Try using another email.

This has also happened to me, I have tried sending the information to help@tankionline when I got hacked, but it said "Email invalid" " Your email has not been sent" (Something along those lines) I never got my crystal back, I made an topic on the forum but it was a moderator that replied saying and suggesting the same topic, "what to do if your account has been hacked/stolen".

Yes, i read that topic. I scanned it for some info that may help me in my case, but nothing. And who boss, i have made a message concerning this case of hacking, but i had not tried emailing. I am 100% sure that the email i sent is valid, but if you are not sure here is the copied text from the email  i got back from "Postmaster@verizon.net".
