Yes, a conversation should be held through a PM, but do not take it to Hazel. He is very busy despite his activity on the forum. This is not something that ought to be taken to him, or at the very least, not immediately. Speak with me first.

Depending on what you need contact tanki on line or go to  helpers of the project  click on one of the mods in forum it's yele. In chat it's ostrica or sharon.  Or look for a chat consultaint  PC Jack or others they will all direct you to the right people good luck 

Right here, I'm a Consultant, and a Forum Moderator. Though myself aside, from what you are saying, it would not seem as though you would have any reasonable cause to contact  or @Shar0n, and even @Yele is a maybe. It's rather hard to imagine what could possibly be so pressing.

You said "preferably paid" - only the devs get paid, the people whose real job is Tanki - in that case, you can either write to the community manager , either to help@tankionline.com. Good luck.
