Unable to do anything?

So I've been playing tanki online for a month or two now. When I started my first account, nothing was wrong besides my gpu overheating and causing my screen to freeze and making me hard restart my computer. As I neared warrant officer 3-4 I noticed that sometimes my hits would not register. Now after I created my new account and I try to progress past master sergeant, my freeze gun barly works besides when I first start the rounds. Later on I try to shoot, no freeze effect registers, I try to pick up a power up, nothing happens, I drive right through it. I try to recover our flag or take the enemys flag, drive right through it. The enemy can shoot me just fine. My friend said that when I try to shoot the enemy I just spin in a circle.(WTF) the account that this has been happening A LOT on is called Furai_mazda.

 

I would really like some help getting this resolved. Any help is better than none. Sorry for the lengthy description, just trying to explain the whole situation.

It's called lag, and unfortunately, you have it.

 

There are two kinds of lag, FPS lag which means you need a better computer, or PING lag which means you have bad internet connection, but you can see this topic to help with PING lag.

And have a look at this one too: High PING.

 

If you have FPS lag (low FPS), check this: Tanki crashes all the time! What do I do? How do I raise my FPS?

If that doesn't work, it means you need a better computer.

 

But in your case, it's both, PING lag, and FPS lag.

I saw somebody postthat they can't kill eney or pick up powerups and suggested for them to clear shared objects cache. Do you think that would help me? And this has only just started recently, so I don't think that it could be a. My computer or b. My internet. I do have low internet, but I've been playing ctf A LOT and this has never started happening until recently.

Thank you for your help. It was a plug in on chrome that was interfering with my game play. It was messing up my fps. Thank you so much.
