Is jackhammer worth it or should I save for paladin...?

imo Jackhammer isn't that great. You can read previous posts on why Jackhammer isn't that good. pg 74. Get Paladin. Smoky m3 is so OP.

If you really want hammer you can maybe do what i'm doing. get a M3 viking kit and then get hammer by itself.

I know you have not used hammer m3 with wasp or hornet, but with your experience with Hammer, do you think wasp or hornet suits Hammer better?

I'd go with Hornet. You'll still have most of the speed, and you'll add a ton of stability.

If you have the choice... Paladin. I didn't. I needed M3 equipment at Brigadier, so I went with Jack. I don't regret it. I rarely use the M3 Hammer now that I have M3 Rico, but that Tiger paint comes in handy from time to time.

At M3 or M4? At m3, smoky is very OP. Hammer M3 needs MUs to be effective. From what I've heard, both are great at M4.

Be careful there. Yes, Hammer with Double Damage is a nightmare for other tanks on the battlefield, but it is very easy for you to get accustomed to that power. Then suddenly you run out of Damage supplies. At low rank it is very expensive to buy supplies.

M3+ Hammer with double damage one shot kills many Vikings. Not sure how this works from a numbers perspective, but it's pretty maddening when I'm on the receiving end. :blink:

The hammer is good but there is some down sides to it. i use it and a excellent close combat gun, obviously. But thing is, the range. i got to be like a foot away to kill him in like 1 or 2 shots. but otherwise a good gun.

Hammer M1 with double damage is like railgun but 10x better has it can kill Wasp M0s and Hornet M0 in one shot with brilliant reload!  B)

My second highest MU turret at about M3.4. I put exactly one MU into it during the sale. Mostly collects dust next to the vastly superior Ricochet and Twins.
