why the x2buy card being for sale , every month
like I buy x2buy card for 15000 crystal or 5$ 
because last week there was discount on paypal and if have x2buy i was buying 2.1 million crystal but i didnt have x2buy and now im waiting discount+x2buy or I cant buy its unfair

That would make buyers too strong and non-buyers would really fail against those buyers. I am a non-buyer, trust me, I know how it feels when somebody gets a better tank by buying crystals. However, it will ruin the game economy.

Good bro . But still many who not play well depend on better tanks even if they buy Money get crys upgrade better Tanks . They will die if a pro comes in. 

 

Soo some 1 who know to play well always outruns Soo i dont think 2X Buy is Bad After All!!!!

Great idea buyers have yet even a  bigger advantage  -_-

All it takes to lose a battle from 8 - 2 to 8 - 12 is one hull kit drugger and one freeze m2+viking m2, we were a good team but he kept on using 1 - 2/3 + 5 and we lost and we only got around 180 and they got 1k each and this is after the update that loser team gets more crys I wonder how it would've been before update 14-16 crys hate wasting time and crystals for nothing..

That doesn't make sense. You're basically buying a sale to save money. The double crystal card is a bonus, like a christmas gift. You shouldn't be able to buy gifts.

The DCC gives a bonus, which is doubling the crystals you get each time you buy, which in the same time it's like a 50% sale on every method of purchase, that doesn't make sense....  this isn't going to happen, sorry.
