This shows that Tanki does in fact take moderators only from Russia.... This is wrong.

Please let me stop right there, tanki is a russian game, majority of people speak russian, so it would only be fitting to take many russian mods because they understand them better, they still take english mods, but i hardly see anyone in game who can speak good english, so i suppose thats why

English community is comparable to Russian one. This is no reason to not take mods from India(or any other south Asian country)

In fact, several moderators are from India. If you played this game enough and read different topics on the forum, you'd know that. That's why we do not accept any more applicants from that country at this point, because we're focusing on other countries and languages, that needs to be covered on the chat. We're having a truly international team of helpers, and our goal is to be able to help players from all nations and different cultures that make EN community, not only the ones that speak Hindi, Malayalam, Punjabi or Tamil. So currently we're in need of Central and Northern European applicants, and players from Americas.

It might apply for Russian community, this is an English one :) And yes, we do have mods that understand Russian, but it's not a requirement.

It isn't because the game is Russian. But it is because they already have too many Indian moderators. If everyone was Indian, what would the European or African people do?

Most of the players from India have poor English, to become a moderator you need perfect English. So that is why. Not Racism.

Please accept my apologies. Although if a person deserves to be a moderator I think he shouldn't be prevented from doing so.

If a person deserves to be a moderator, he/she will not be prevented from becoming one. No one is prevented from applying too. But understand that we do have requirements, and not everyone is able to fulfill them.
