High ping & slow loading - any keen suggestions to solve?

WTS wrong with tanki? why the nob upadates?

 ever since this battle update came up i cant go in battles....it jst keeps loading for INFINITY........it has beeen loading for like 10 mins now .........+ have worst pings...... help us ....rather then destroying tanki

Clearing your LAG & other problems

• Clear your cache. if that does not work please go to step 2
• http://fixit.tankionline.com/en/

• try that^ it may work

 Other Ideas:

• Connection Failed
• Server Connection Diagnostics
• High ping
• Low FPS
• How to reduce lags

If those do not work, then you may try use another browser.

there is no prob with internet its causing me high pings due to last updates

it helped a lot when my i7 machine rendered barely 15fps on Firefox (DISASTER!)

now it's around 50-60

and pings went down too for about 5-10

Well, I see the problem. When the new update few days ago came out - the pings went real high about 400+ for me too in the South Asian region i.e Pakistan, India etc. I checked everything, nothing worked. However, the pings today were a real surprise for me. They were less than 150 at all times, which I might think that the problem is the location and distance from Europe and which everyone says - 'Server Lag' because my pings went normal automatically. :)

Thanks for giving the solutions. But we tried all of them. And all asians cannot have internet issue or bad internet for past few weeks. All together at the same time -_-


I messaged Hazel regarding this issue and he replied "we are working on it". That means the problem is not at our end. I will post the screenshot of the conversation when I will come online via computer.
