Absolutely.

Now it's very difficult to have parkour, rank up parties, and clan practices.

You can still do those of course, you just need your friends to be waiting to get into the battle and go in right when it's made.

I prefer Private battles because you don't have to deal with anyone crashing you rank up party, parkour, or clan training.

At least 6-10 times in 2 days some stranger has ruined our clan practice and clan parkour.

I think the developers are only doing this now so that tankers will have to save up to buy a pro battle pass, new turrets, hulls, and paints in a single transaction during the sale. That way they can make a profit from one sale. I'm sure this is just occasional.

If this keeps up, I mean these kind of Updates, tanki will be In Ruins, +1 Vote for Yes Private battle should be back, If only more people had  "Enough time" to  come In Forum and See this and Vote for "Yes" 

We can't even Parkour now .. And surely Clan practice.
