need more fps

Go to settings in the top right hand corner, turn off automatic graphic settings, and turn off the other graphic settings. Don't worry, your game will look even better without them, as long as you have good fps.

Get a graphic card. You don't need a super expensive one ;)

Look your detail options on TO and try to turn off some options. Try to clear all your History on Browser + you can uninstal it and again install + do update on your flash player. If you play on Google Chrome i suggest to remove it and install new other Browser like Opera or Mozila Firefox. If you still have bad FPS and PING then download Adobe Flash Player and play TO with it. Set your quality and all what you need that you can see good tanks and maps and that you still have good FPS.
