My idea: Tankers should be able to sell their turrets and hulls for example you've bought a turret then decided that its realy not for you, you should be able to sell it for about 80% of the original price you should also be able to sell upgrades and micro upgrades including being refunded for the speed up time that you paid. (if you sped it up)

This sort of idea has been suggested loads of times and has been denied loads of times. Sadly, it will never happen (for some reason)

Selling for 80% of the purchase price+upgrades is asking for too much.  Perhaps 50% or 33% (or maybe even 25%) would be more reasonable.  The merchandise is used, after all.
