Here is my entry for the postcards. 3 hours and not the best PC in the world, but I never thought it was so bad... :(

 

It is not that bad, I'd say it's about average. But in order to win a prize you need more than an average entry.

You don't have to record it yourself. It's allowed to let a spectator record your rank up.   :)

Keep in mind the judges can only see the final result of your work, they have no way of knowing the amount of time you spent on it.

Tanki Online have lots of favoritism cuz they only gave prizes to the active Forum players and not to anyone who hasnt been on forum much. I know this cuz two thirds of the winning players were either forum mods or active forum players who post a lot on forum. I do hope there will not be ANY favoritism in this contest.

i agree with you Mia . and i know you guys have to do a lot of work. and i never knew that you are organizing and paying others from your salary. which i really appreciate. but in my case i really need crystals(i cant afford to buy. as i am not rich) i participated almost in every contest and i believe i did fair enough to get a little reward(may be in parkour). but i kept getting disappointed. even facebook events are not in my time zone.and i really dont know what to do. i wish i could tell you my real identity but i dont want to because most of the players cannot understand me. and they will start criticizing.

 

 

and earlier there used to be kits but they had taken them away. i dont even see any single kit in my garage except for supplies kit. non buyers are getting bankrupt. please try to get my message to devs, because community manager is busy making money. he will become millionaire soon :D

The way you think about CM and others is wrong. CM is not responsible for everything. He is most likely here to give us all info about game updates, sales and contests. He is not game designer. And why so upset about crystals? Contact me and I will tell you easy way of getting crystals and same time having fun. There is always a way.

You know what? - If I was on your place I would be proud of myself being so creative. I wouldn't care if I won or not, I would just be proud and I would go and keep on learning new tricks on photoshop, with goal to improve myself. I advice you to learn new things, try new things all the time, with bad or good pc, doesn't matter, it may be very useful to you in future. You don't have to do things only where there is some prize given. The real prize you get is knowledge. It's the most important thing. You are very creative, keep improving!

There will be as much winners as there are awesome videos. 10 great videos - 10 winners. 200 great videos - 200 winners.

Hmmm, spectator mode is option which makes your life easier. Just kidding. It's option which allows you to fly around the map without players knowing that. You can take pictures from every corner, or record from every corner and yeah. It's awesome thing to have. But you must earn it by hard work.

Like they remember everyone who is active on forum... Hhhhh. Trust me, they got much more important work to do than seeing who is active. And most of prizes went to people who really deserve it.

"Any number of winners" means that all players who've submitted an entry that's worth the big prize, will receive this big prize. If there are 50 entries that are worth the big prize, the 50 players who made will be rewarded. If only 2 entries are good enough to be rewarded with the big prize, only 2 players (who made it) will be given the big prize.

Spectators are players who own spectator mode. This means that these players, the spectators with spectator mode, are able to view and record the action from every possible perspective. They can actually fly over the maps, move to a specific place in the map where the action is going on, have an overview of the whole map,.... Spectators are not visible in battles. When they're using the spectator mode, they're not driving a tank.

When you open the special form through which you have to submit your entry, you'll see this:

 

As you can see, you're able to fill in the nicknames of all players that took part in your rank up video. "Specifying the players on your team" means filling in the names of the players on your team correctly, so all the teammembers can get rewarded in case your video won.

No, you don't have to use holiday paint, but this are the contests rules.

• The rank up effect should be a New Year one.
• Your video must not be longer than 30 seconds.
• Specify the nicknames of all members in the team. There can be a maximum of 5 tankers in a team.

Not really, i took part in that contests how come i didn't win, other moderators also took part in postcard contest. By the way, they did pick many few winner and also they "awarded consolation prizes to a number of tankers who didn’t quite hit the mark".
