If so Tanki give 100k crystals to all who have 500+ friends on vk/Facebook.

You should realise that due to variety of answers in comments it is improbable to cheat and get answer right. Ask tough questions if you like. But give crystals to ALL who give correct answer.

Drama? Reward? What? You are free to help players in the forum and in the game without a reward. If you need a reward, you should apply for a staff member. Tanki doesn't flies away the crystals or awards to normal players.

Moderators are part of staff. They are rewarded but how much? We don't know that. Also, this is problems and solutions section, you are not allowed to create specific topics regarding moderation as in the rules. Also, if someone uses tricks or fake things, the moderation of the game knows very well how to deal with that. They are not that childish :)

When sending a complaint, the User shall describe the nature of the situation in as much detail and as clearly as possible and attach facts of evidence, screenshots, etc. Complaints about groundless restrictions are considered solely for the purpose of internal evaluation of work of the Administration and the moderator. Decisions on the application of restrictions are not subject to revision.

There is no issue here. Falco does really good work, and hence players tend to appreciate his work and give him an upvote. Regarding his reward, that's what it is. Staff members don't get paid, but rewarded. If we do well, we are given a crystal reward in turn. All staff members are part of the staff because they want to make the community a better place, in our doing so, the developers thanks us with a reward. I understand your analogy above, but if you are answering enough questions correctly for another player, then you ought to try and apply either for the Consultants or Forum Moderators. More staff members are always welcome, and if you feel you can positively benefit the community, get out there and do it! Rather than sit here and make a topic complaining.
