By "expansion" he meant all the probs outside the border of actual map i.e the one's you cannot reach for example the upper layer of Sandbox and Cross.

You can look at This Topic to view ways on how to reduce lags. There is no reason to create a topic stating that you hate Tanki Online due to lags when there are many ways to reduce lags. Hope you find something that helps you in the topic provided.
