You go there, knowing that there's a clue hiding somewhere in the map, because Semyon wouldn't talk about it randomly. You go to Cologne, you find the hint:

 

 

The sign means tanki Online, of course. there's a dot after that, and then "something" and slash WASP.

they post after the day is done -- they don't want people getting the info prematurely without thinking it through themselves; in order to be completely sure, people who don't want to think will end up putting in their answers a day late.

yeh specifically ... the first picture is the logo for 'tankionline' .... them a dot and the second picture is a 9-pin 'COM' port ..... so 'tankionline.com' ..... then a slash and a picture of a wasp.  So the secret URL is 'tankionline.com/wasp'.  Go there for next clue :)

 

I found it interesting that this clue restricts the game to players with a Pro Pass ... you can't get back there in normal formats.

I think it isn't fair they put the hint on a place you normally can't find. Although the hint the startmovie was very easy.
