To some people: I wonder how much you'd score if you worked ALONE...

Anyways, I think people who scored <250 will not be in top 100, because scoring less than 250 from 700 possible is not very impressive.

I don't think it matters; one has the choice of working alone or in a team ;).

And working in a team has mostly been the decision made, whether it be on Skype, this topic or the main topic. It really has started some friendships, with one otherwise unknown to the other working together to solve the clues. All great ways of improving the community.

Tell me how it helps the community and how long that "friendship" will last.

For example, 5 players are working together. That's the fastest group and they work very well. One member from this group becomes the winner of THE GAME. Won't the other 4 be jealous because they all shared the answer between each other and only one of them won? No no no, please, don't tell me they'll be happy because their "friend" won, because they'll be very jealous inside. This does not and cannot make the community better. Working alone and for fun makes is much better than the whole group sharing the answer and only one of them winning the fully MU-ed tank.

If you were a part of that group and you ended up being on the second place, wouldn't you feel disappointed? You would, and so would everybody else.

Not really agreeing on this one, as this does not really apply for our community, since there was 0% chance any of us would get a dream tank. Also a slight chance of some of us being in the top 100. So, in almost all cases, people would be aiming for 100 supplies, such as in my case. Sure, there were some answers posted by some, but did that mean it was always true? No. Sometimes there were fakes, and sometimes there were different answers where you would need to think on your own what to choose.

In conclusion, regardless of if you chose to work alone or be active on the respective threads, chances are you were getting the same prize. So really, this did help the community bond together, for at least a portion of tankers that were working together. That all made it more fun and intriguing.

Is that even real ??!!o.O he got in the top 50 every single day ?! Maximum score is 700 , so If its real , he definetly deserves the MU Tank . Anyways I was hoping to get 500 supplies and I knew I won't stand a chance against those Russians ..:/

I believe the ones that get the most points are based on what time they submit their answers, so that means the winner would have almost 700 if not 700.

Why? Because you knew that you wouldn't think on any of the clues. There's always a chance for everybody, you just needed to use your brain to find the word of the day as soon as possible. There wasn't a slight chance of getting in the top 100. If you worked normally, you could.

And don't use the work with group as an excuse. Don't say "the group of tankers just worked together to make sure each of them will at least get 100 supplies". Even if the tankers worked ALONE, for each right answer of the day they'd get 10 points (minimum). So if a player works alone and finds all the clues himself, even if he got 3 clues wrong (which is impossible, if you spend some time on finding the right word), the player would still get 100 of each supply. 36 points are enough for 100 supplies! Working with a group is not needed if your goal is just 100 supplies, and if your goal is not that and you want more, I explained above what would happen if one of the group members won.

So your excuses are - working with a group bonds people together and makes THE GAME more exciting. THE GAME is not more exciting with friends, because there's this rushing process (the group shared the answer, but I need to hurry up to enter it first!) and it spoils the fun. Also tell me how long that friendship will last.

I can continue talking about this, but it's pointless. THE GAME is over. I just hope next time everything will be more fair.

It's not all about winning ;). Some players worked with friends because it made things more fun. If you are suggesting they might as well just "check" the answers and not bother working through the clues, you have the completely wrong idea. It's boring just to check, and even though you are late to get the video, exploring the maps and clues with friends is still great.

This was a quest after all, with the prize as an added bonus.

500 supplies, btw ;)!

I can talk more and prove that that's wrong. But talking more is pointless.

Some people in some groups were not working for fun, but as a race against others. And they were being nervous, shouting at the members of their own group, telling them to use the group chat for clues only, so they would have easy access to all of the keywords, removing members from the group just because they didn't like the person (not the work) etc. You know what I mean. It was not "friendship" and those members of the group will soon forget about each other.

And congratulations, well done.

That.

If people chose to work in groups or by themselves, well it is their choice, is it not?

Maybe Armenia is right for some cases, such as for people that would ask "whats the answer?"

But for me, I had a Skype group, and actively discussed on the threads. It was fun, saying your opinion and explaining to some people going for another answer how they might be wrong.

If speaking of making this fair, a good way for that to happen would be creating a separate "the game" for each communities. This way, there would be no timezone issues, and no "hackers" or "Russians always winning" since this is a Russian based game and they do have an advantage.

Sure, this could perhaps be a lot of work, but a very organized solution.

So, hopefully things change for next time. :)

Congratulations to everyone! Thank you @Raphael2 for creating this amazing topic that gave the opportunity for players to find answers to questions, we hope to see another one for next time. Since the game is over...
