Well I had fun. Although I had no idea that I'm gonna need to buy m0 being most expensive and then moving on m1-m2-m3 with a price lower than m0's.. weird.

 

Other than that, it was quite nice for XP purposes. Frost paint looks great on viking, and works great in battles.

I'll be pretty darn disappointed if XT Items and their stats became permanent.

However, I think only allowing the people to keep the tank's design is a wonderful idea!

 

What I'm saying is, the person should ONLY be allowed to keep the customization of the tank.

So after the event ends, it's only an accessory - an extra customization to make your tank look nicer. Sure you can now make your Hornet have wings, but it does not gain any buffs.

 

Or if it must be permanent, I hope that it'll be like XT Hornet/Rail/Frost, and decrease in price just like how XT Hornet/Rail/Frost did.

If it'll be very expensive, then you might as well call this "Premium" things for Buyers only.

I would vote for the "special stats for a certain period of time, then you can keep the looks" if the custom version is superior to the normal version. If the custom version is balanced (like a Railgun with a faster reload but lower damage), maybe you should be allowed to keep the stats too.

Hornet XT was a waste, even on the last day. It was Rail XT that paid for the overall combo.

I didn't care much for the looks: in fact I forgot about them.

 

The only thing useful I got from this is that I should keep Railgun in the back of my mind when looking for a new weapon.

Perfect. It didn't last for month, or too short time, but enough to have fun, and not ruin other combinations' balance. I like the design, and the paint should stay in garage without protection, to remind us on XT XP combo.

Had great time with it, although I bought it on 8.1.

I support this XT plan and I'd like to see more of these in future! :)

Wasn't the original smokey XT a only M4? I don't understand why people would keep the XT Models forever, it would be unfair for players who can't afford this privilege and bring unbalance to the game. I just suggest the XT models be a privilege to m3 users and higher ranks, in which they only make a significantly better "m4" model for the higher ranks, so they have something to play for.

I didn't actually buy XT Hornet and Rail, but I bought the Frost paint. The feeling of "uniqueness" was worth the crystals. I think customization is an important feature to add in MMORPGs, as when you're playing with millions of others you're always looking for a way to..."demark" yourself, i.e. be different from the others.

 

Also some 3D customizations, instead of just textures, would look really cool.

Not a Hornet and Rail noob, that's one thing.

Not willing to rent equipment, that concept is a bit out of sorts for me.

Over all, I wouldn't mind seeing other things like this. Perhaps an XT version of every Hull and an Elite Paint that's not OP, but reasonably strong.

Guys, guys, guys,  :blink: you are looking in all the wrong places, get out there and read articles, follow other industry pros, watch some seminars, its complicated, a bunch of graphs,forcast models,  and a 2 second surveys won't give you the answers, get out and play some games yourself with a mid rank acc and the worst garage imaginable and you may get a better understanding. Interact with the players.

Or approach people like me for ideas, many many players such as myself have been here for yrs wanting to help, but never asked.
