I can't get on Tanki with this account.  Can someone tell me what is wrong?

Well, either you forgot your tanki password, someone hacked you. If you have an email when you sign in or try to go to Lost Nickname or Password type in your email then go to ur email then wait for a password confirmation. If that doesn't work then email help@tankionline.com your problem

If someone hacked him and changed the Password, why wouldn't he change the e-mail?

Make sure you've typed your password correctly (caps,...). If you're sure about that, your account might be hacked. Since you can't enter your account, you are not able to change your password yourself. Therefore you should contact tech support (help@tankionline.com)

If you don't remember your password, you can recover it. There is a "Forgot Password?" button where you log in. Just click on it and type your email address. After that, you'll receive an e-mail with a special link. Just open that link and change your password.

For whatever reason, my account info and password are saved for the forums but was lost for access to the game.  It does not recognise my email account despite an email being used.  So something is up.

BTW where can you change your password in the forums?  I could not find it under my control panel where it is usually kept.

 You can't change your password through forum, you need to change it through email. If you have forgotten your email address, contact to help@tankionline.com , they will help you.

LOL...thanks.  Email sent.  I have not forgotten my email...the game has forgotten it...lol

 

I can sign into the forums as the password was autofilled but when I try to sign into the game the password was not autofilled.  That is the strange part ;)
