Test Servers

i was very dissapointed with the recent testing of the new vulcan machine gun

it was impossible for me to even log into the servers

nobody explained here how you went about logging onto the servers

when i tried i thought i just entered my usual username and password

it kept telling me that my password was wrong?

 

so eventually after numerous attempts i gave up trying

it is a weapon that i even posted about a few months ago as being my dream turret and hull

now it seems is to be a reality.

 

my idea is possibly this

would it have been possible for the developers to have let all tanki users

have the weapon in their garage on a loan basis?

im thinking kind of like the christmas xt version of rail gun and hornet

 

at least then i could have tried it out using different hulls and paints etc

obviously maybe not even getting scores or xp when using it during that trial period

 

what do you think?

I think many ideas have been given on similar lines and rejected.

You should have patience as many players try to enter the test server at the same time. I am sure devs have a good reason not to open all servers.

Also your usual nickname doesn't work on test server. You have to create a new account.

The Test Servers are separate from the Main Servers, you have to create a whole new account as @beaku just said.

Also, the Vulcan would have been only M2 for you, IMO, the best way to test it is if you have access to all of the modifications.

You meant to create a new account in test server to enter in test server, you can't use your main/normal account in test server, even if your password is correct, it will say you've entered wrong password.

That would of ruin the main server/game. Why do you think it comes out in test server first, "to test new updates, aswell as find bugs and errors, in an environment, comfortable for testers. Sometimes to test a new update, developers need many players to play on the test server at the same time, as many bugs can occur (and eventually get corrected) when the server is loaded with more players. In such cases the test server gets opened for everyone who wants to join. However, there's no schedule for such openings and developers never announce them in advance".

i think its about time some of you guys grew up and learned to respect other people

i just made a simple thread asking how you joined the test server

of which i had no idea how to do as i could not find anyone who could tell me how to do it

 

another thing is what has age got to do with anything?
