What's better the Hammer or the Thunder?

in close distance , both most of them time need 3 shots to death but if they be so close to each other , the thunder will be dead , because of its self damage

 

in long distance hammer has nothing to say !

 

i dont like thunder but between these , i choose thunder

It depends on your own playing style. Thunder has the same reloadtime after every shot , with Hammer you can shoot 3 times and than it has a long reloadtime. In the heat of battle , I'd say Thunder is better , but that might just be because I'm a Thunder user.
