Friend's account

My friend's account was hacked and he wants it back! He send to help@tankionline.com. He followed the 10 steps on the topic What If My account was stolen and they send them a link. He went on his tablet tap the link, write his promblem, dislike it because he is waiting from Tuesday 03/03/2015! He asks some chat moderators when is he gonna get it back and they said in 3 days! I send messages to Admins and no reply! Please help him get back his account! #BlameHacker

Please be patient, your friend will get reply soon, you just need to wait few days. But after few days later, if he still doesn't get reply back from tech support, then he can try sending them email again.

Please read it before responding. He said and mentioned the topic had been looked at by his friend. My friends got their accounts back in 5 days.

Please be patient, you will get reply soon, you just need to wait few days. But after few days later, if you still don't get reply back from tech support, then you can try sending them email again.

It won't help like that, tell him to stop sending email, one email is enough,otherwise it will take even longer to get reply back from tech support.

Give real and useful proofs,if you be careful ,you would see "You can add more info that help us to return your account" which is best 

 

help to return accounts,such latest paint bought,names of some friends that were in list, your physical location/IP

 

Give more proofs to get it faster then.I used to return my alternative account due to forgot of password just within5-6 hours because of

 

loads of proofs.

Has been said many times in chat plus forum - tech support isn't a small thing, they receive many emails every day which they have to attend/study EACH day. Not a handful of account theft cases are sent to them, but many at the same time. On Social Media pages of TO we receive a massive number of messages which are to be dealt with Tech support - meaning the situation the one writing to us inquires can be answered by tech support alone. We receive many on Social media, imagine about the game itself.

 

So basically there is a workload for 'em, just be patient and hold on for a couple of days. If no reply for a week or so, wait 2-3 more days and send the email(of the same subject) again. :)
