What is Parkour?

Parkour is a free running sport in real life were people do flips jumps climb to to top of buildings or polls with pure strength skill and knowledge.

In Tankionline.com we use the meaning as parkour almost for the same meaning for real life, but instead with tanks doing tricks, flips and being able to get on top of buildings also, but we tanks, merely parkour is an amazing sport and skill that many tankers love to watch and try. "Parkour is a holistic training discipline using movement that developed from military obstacle course training"

That's pretty much what it is. "Parkour" is a French invention, which is "the sport of moving rapidly through an area, typically in an urban environment, negotiating obstacles by running, jumping, and climbing."

In the context of this game parkour is about getting into places where tanks normally can't go (roofs of buildings, secret areas, behind fences, etc.). This is achieved by using the knockback from guns or mine explosions. Teams of friends work together to push each other into secret areas for no reason other that to claim that place "conquered", similar to climbing a mountain. However, developers do sometimes host events and competitions relating to parkour where you can win prizes.
