Ik talking about a specific player is against the rules, but still i'm willing to speak about that. Huge...what does huge really mean? If we look at M4D_GENiOUS, he had like 80 posts (or even less) and he still got accepted. I'm speechless about that, I really am. (btw ik i'm a bit late xD)

True, but that's not something that has to be specifically announced or written as a requirement. The guy will understand that by just using a bit of common sense. And actually those are the people we need - people that not only meet the written requirements, but can also understand some things themselves and have common sense. I.e. a guy who wants to join the staff will know that if he manages to join, he'll have to slightly change his habits concerning game criticism, in order to give a good image of the game, as that's a priority for all staff members. In fact this is the case with all companies around the world.

 

My main point was that if someone wants to apply for staff, he can simply submit his app and see the result, there's nothing wrong with that, and we won't eat anyone. Swede, if you decide to apply and meet everything required, you won't be denied because you've criticized the game in the past. But if you get accepted, you'll need to change the way you give criticism, so you don't give a bad image of the whole administration team. Being a staff member, you'll have a direct contact with the developers, and this way you'll be able to give your ideas and criticism faster and more effectively, directly to them. That's all.

Truthfully its about how you work on the forum my posts were meaningful and helpful to tankers that asked or reported for help on the forum, if you know how to use your words wisely and work fairly then there is a chance for you also, your application means something, the way you act means something & questioning other players for their own work isn't very mature. I am a candidate which means she is testing me on how i do meaning a thought of hope in me.

The reporter team will make a good decision. Me and Yisroel both applied, but I have talked to him and neither of us think we will make it. I actually have written more articles than Yisroel, I just haven't published them because I want to use them in the real newspaper.

Both @Meliora and applied, I think, and those are my best bets.
