Only ban history doesn't matter. You should be helping people, be aware of all rules, act maturely, etc. Admins will go through all your previous posts to see how you communicate with others.

The consultant job was removed from the Tanki staff section. The next best option of you're considering is to go with Chat Mod. The Administration wants more involvement I think between the players and the staff members. That's why chat mods not only hold the duty of keeping things clean but also helping and answering any questions players may have.
