my account is stolen and i send all the Information to (help@tankionline.com)

 

and it is true 100% i know that i have all information and i bought more than 1 million crystals more than 200$  and i have pictures prove that

 

and they tell me ( The email address you have specified is already used in the game.
Please register a new e-mail address and send it to us. )

 

just like that they don't tell me if there any problems or any thing they need it !

 

and i give them the new e mail

 

now 4 days !!!  and they dont awnser me or link the account ! are they Ignore me ?

 

how long time they need to link the account Usually ?

 

and what should i do ?? wait ? or crate a new e-mail and open new ticket ?

 

please i need help  :/ is there any helpers or admins can help me ?

Did the account that was stolen linked to any email?

And what about the email address you sent them? Was that linked to any account?

This has happened to me, and I now am happy that it has happened, so that I can help you! I would say if you wait about 1 more week, then you should be able to recover your account.

If help@tankionline.com does not reply, you should try to email them again, with the same email account.

and make sure it has a title of Password forgotten

they will sned things like this topic: What to do if your account has been stolen?

 

choose reply and send answers like what they wanted, if you have changed internet service provider or traveled  to other city tell them,

 

but wait,dont write a long drama story !  :P brief and useful.

 

then wait,i got many of my alt accounts within 6 hours why? more proof=faster restore

 

finaly,answer all questions carefuly and give more correct proofs as possible.

 

you will need to take screenshot of your ip,go to http://www.whatismyip.com/ and take screenshot by win+print screen

 

then upload to tinypic.com

Wait few more days, to get your account back it can take up to 1-5 days or a bit more than that, tech support are really busy, they also need to deal with other players problem, so they are dealing with it 1 by 1. Just wait few more days, do not send them another email now otherwise it will slow them down and might take even longer to get your account back :)

Did you send a valid email address? That is, was the email linked to any account.

If you don't get reply in another 2-3 days then you can try sending them email again.
