Tried to buy crystals via SMS but failed before discount finished.

 I bought a £5 top up voucher for T-mobile to buy Firebird M2 for Iron-Days, I used my EE sim card which used to be T-mobile (and still is) as the top up was successful.  I then had 5.10, 10p extra  for the sending message charge and attempted twice (every message sent cost £0.10) I went to buy selected sms and t-mobile then I sent get tnk xlg1 as I had crystals card so I can buy it, with 16k left for Mu's later on. 

 

It didn't work, and It took the sms charge so I was left with 5 pounds. I tried again, this time having to select a lower ammount due to this happening, get tnk xlg1 (in caps). didnt work, then had to give up as I realised as it didnt work. I was using a EE sim card which works with T-Mobile I want to provide my phone number so I can get the crystals directly, I wanted to buy it before it finished..... I have £4.90  now. 

 

I contacted help@tankionline.com I just got an automated response for 2 days, what to do now? I wanted firebird m2 to go with my hunter M2 :(

This seems like a big issue, do you have a\an email attached to your account, so you can show help@tankionline.com the transaction of your payment sent in your emails, after every payment you give tankionline. Hopefully they will help you.

I have an email attached to my account. and I will be taking a screenshot of me sending the message, I am still waiting for the crystals as I was charged for sending the message so it has to be something wrong with the sever of the payment option.

Okay, well my self i can't do anything about this but hopefully they will see the screenshots and follow up on your info that you gave them. :) but tell me if this went well.

Still havent received reply, tried resending message havent received a reply that my message has been received. what do i do now? if i buy another weapon there is no point cos discount was just 2 weeks ago.  :angry:

there will be more discounts in the future don't worry, are you sure you're sending the email from your email address to "help@tankionline.com"

well if you have sent them a message and they haven't replied you just have to wait for them, they are truly busy sometimes.

Main issue is that they do not support EE SMS purchases... you can use an T-mobile voucher to top up an EE simcard so I thought that it would work, as EE is still part of T-mobile. now my operator has taken 0.20 per message and I tried twice, still no solution, just automated response.

Might just wait unto; next discount but I have just wasted money for nothing... all they keep telling me is please specify reason for refund service not provided.

They said that they have passed my feedback onto developers... so I think the problem will be resolved in future. Can I request for topic to be closed
