UFO's in TTT is not to hard, create a 3ds file in that shape and add it to the config. But in the game was a bit more complicated, but was solved by Devs.

Creating a .3ds file is not as simple as you think. You need a 3d modeling software like blender to model it and then create appropriate details for it in a programme like Photoshop so as to ensure that the texture of the paints is appropriate on the tank.
