Ofc you can develop them, no worries. Even though it took me two years, it was worth it and I enjoy writing articles. :)

That was the first word I said when I began to write articles; but through sheer effort I was able to turn the impossible to the possible.

No, you mustn't give up that's the trick. Use @GoldRock's advice: Read. Read not like a reader; but like a writer. read every word understand how the author combines each word to create magic; how he puts an enchanting sentence for you to read. Think like a writer; read as if you are talking to the writer. Use all you have learned till now; link them together and you can do wonders. Good luck! You can PM me if you want.
