The problem is, you guys don't seem to want to do that. Because copying both an idea from the official newspaper and the content of the article itself from the Internet is not a great way to be going about improving your writing skills or contributing to the community. And if you were that concerned about the feedback I was providing in the form of my downvotes, you could've just asked why I'd given them... instead of jumping to false conclusions, making things up and being downright insulting. 

 

Basically, it doesn't seem like you're acting as a very mature or professional group of players at the moment. I hope that changes, and that we'll see some high quality material from you guys in the future - but until then, I am perfectly entitled to express my opinion. I hope you'd agree. I am not trying to get into this but first of all, S_K is not even in the UN therefore his plagiarism can not be linked to us so you posting something inferring that we are all wrong doers is kind of rude and untrue. Also, I joined this club a day ago and have basically posted twice, now three times, in this club.

Personally, recently, I've had problems with the ACTUAL newspaper, finding it too dull amongst other things.  This newspaper is a mere shadow of the actual newspaper, genuinely no offence meant.  I see similar articles, of less quality and less enjoyability than the official newspaper.

 

Just an opinion, no need to reply.

I may have been misinformed when I initially criticised you guys for plagiarising articles (as it seems the other plagiariser was not on your Members list); but now this is definitely the case, thereby correcting my error for me. Now, plagiarism can indeed be linked to you guys. I was going to apologise for accusing your Club of plagiarism, but now I don't even have to do that. Thanks!

I have read, understood and agree with everything else you said in the above post, and I respect your views on the matter, the time you've taken to respond to me, and your mature attitude of compromise and understanding rather than one of confrontation or ignorance. Regardless of how this Club performs, I'm sure you'll do a very good job with your own future articles. In your position, I would contemplate whether to encourage an improvement in the standards here, or to consider disassociating yourself from the Club if others refuse to help in doing so. You seem both a talented individual and a valuable group member, whether your associates realise it or not. It's up to the Club as a whole to sort things out, and to appreciate and make use of your collective skills in doing so. Good luck!
