Let me just explain this to you, this is a lame reason to quit the game. There is a solution, block the user so you cannot see messages he sends and also ban him from your YouTube channel. I get insulted every single day and really couldn't care less for the low life players that choose to spend their time insulting others for a living. Don't let these ignorant players stop you from playing the game. Please don't let them make you leave. ;)

You don't have to leave - print screen people swearing at you or whatever and post in Chat Violators Section (don't edit the pictures though)

Also, changing your name is a good way to get away from people that bully you. I would recommend you try that and continue, make new friends, there are some great personalities in this game. :)
