Score Mutiplier 100% Gitch & waste of crystals

Prior to this I have brought the old 30% SMP Pass... now when I buy the new SMP 100%, the old one disappeared, crystals disappeared and still the new one did not show up! I'm still receiving 10 XP per kill now. I tried this quite a bit and now I have wasted 45,000.... :angry: :angry: :angry:

This is an unjustifiable action on Tanki's part. If they fail to recognize such error, that would be a big mistake on their part.

it worked fine for me and HOW ON EARTH DID U SPENED 45000 CRY IT COSTS ONLY 15000 WHAT UP WITH THE 30000 it also says u spent 15000 in the screen shots

Only for the 3rd attempt. The previous 2 attempt wasn't refunded.

When the first attempt to purchase it failed, I tried again. Yet it still failed. Therefore for the 3rd attempt, I decided to take a Screenshot, which no surprise, failed once more. :( 3 Attempts = 45,000. They have refunded me for the last attempt and I use it to buy a SMP (which was successful.)

 

Since they have not refunded me for previous 2 attempts, I still incur a loss of 30,000. (45,000-15,000 = 30,000).

^ Yes I brought crystals. But just a small amount. Majority is through earning.

 

Anyway, I managed to recover back the 30,000 crystals. Thank you Tanki helpdesk, and Mod may lock this.
