Ok guys ! here is something i got.btw im posting here after long time i think none from u noticed that...I asked truth for position for war manager as fufu is not active atm.truth said me that he let me do a war and here is the war details.we are going to face VTI in this war :D

Truth really destroying URR by pieces! He isn't doing  anything here what needs to be done by a leader both of leaders are inactive and no clan wars and look at the frontpage most of the sections are Outdated they needs to be fixed

Why make a clan if you are unable to control it?

 

Guys please I am not expecting URR to shut down ! but something needs to be done for its development and progress! 

 

If I were the leader or Co leader then firstly I would have kicked the inactive members! and those who didn't attend trainings and then I would make several trainings everyday with the least members online and make clan wars...Then I would probably make sure that the clan members are active in Clan page or So. furthermore I would make sure that each and every members are willing to obey clan rules and regulations side by side....If these initiatives were taken then this clan would've been to Star Ladder by now....

 

 

 

Truth cutt off your laziness and do something for this clan don't let it go to Hell! I think this might be a probable reason why DFL left because he knows what it takes to grow up a clan!

Turbo, first things first, you aren't going to get anything by venting over here. There are a few things you should know:

 

1) Tanki is a game. You're doing exactly what I was afraid of, and the reason I left Tanki. People have lives to lead, and while they should spend some time on the clan, they shouldn't lose their damn minds.

 

2) I know why DFL would've removed everyone from his friends list. It would most probably be a personal reason, and rather than respect his decision, everyone was so nosy and disapproving. Let him do what he wants, and focus more on URR than anything else. I don't know what his reason was, but i'm removing pretty much everyone as well. 

 

3) You are a generalissimo, along with a few others. You have the capability to improve the clan. Do it without the leader. Don't rely on the leader for everything. Learn to bring about change yourself. In VV, Razor was so busy, but DFL did the needful, and was ready. Only after people went to the next year, because of the exam system in India, most of the people left. Be that way. You respect DFL so much, then be better than him.

I agree with everything except for the spell mistakes u made :p

 

I am trying my best to help URR, I try to make trainings but no one is online, only Dejan is(He is loyal :p) I do whatever I can but you know I can't do everything alone like truth got hard studies and can't play tanki, as for iron, he tells me he is bored of tanki and doesn't want to play it anymore except friends. xD. URR is a great clan and has pros in it, but their lifes are hard and don't have time to waste their time, just for a game(Stupid game, I would call if you call, in a way that you got a life, and ofc u can't resist it) .__.

 

Anyway truth you should come online tho :p

 

I also have Monthly assessments from Monday-Thursday, so I won't be active
