new turret,hull and paint

Ok we need a new turret like a rocket launcher but the reloading is slower than a shaft. But splash damage is very high and it should be around 120 damage with homing missles that aren't very accurate so it will be like a shaft but more damage . Adding this turret will add a paint like a bomb-shelter themed paint to cost 2000-2500 crystals that protects the hull with 30 damage from the launcher. -Sammy30303 and Sammy30303-the2nd plz add this thank you and if this ever comes, let us have it for free because it is our idea.

As for your ideas, the Rocket launcher has been suggested before, but IMO, your stats are way too OP.
