Sorry dint know where to post this!

anyways, I head over to Wiki about problems with Chrome when playing Tanki.

It said disable PPAPI-Flash Plugin, cause it causes a lot of problems. so I did. But when i tried Playing the game it told me to install Flash Player.

After Installing i tried playing the game and it still says install Flash Player.

All i know is that there is PPAPI and NPAPI for chrome but, i couldn't find or install the NPAPI version for me to run this Awesome game!

Did you restart the PC after installing and made sure you had or enabled NPAPI?

This happens to me to when my computer has been on too long and starts to overheat. Shut it off for a bit, like 15 minutes for example, and come back on. It should work.....or it has for me.

Like I said: I couldn't find a NPAPI version for Chrome and this version of Chrome doesn't have NPAPI!

 

Restarting the PC didnt help

I recommend not using Chrome, there was been issues with Chrome ever since a certain update.

Firefox is awesome, it works alot better than Chrome and is very similar to it.

Chrome for TO causes lags often - I've experienced that myself. As suggested above, Firefox would result in greater performance and, thus, less lags. That I have experienced as well. I currently use Firefox and I can assure you that it runs much smoothly than that of Chrome.

 

Since this issue must be issued towards the Tech Support of Google, not much can be done on this forum. All we can give is suggestions to try n' fix. ;)

Please make sure that you have activated your adobe flash after installing it.

Nvm. I'll just stop playing. Thank you for your suggestions.

 

And for some reason my older brothers Chrome has a NPAPI with it while mine doesn't so his game performance is REALLY smooth!

Ah I just remembered. Even though you disabled the PPAPI version, you can still play tanki, its just a bug that happens when you disable PPAPI. Just ignore it and refresh tanki and it should work or restart your computer.

Or you could just uninstall Chrome and then add Firefox if you don't want 3 browsers.

I haven't much to contribute at this point, but I think it needs to be said that for such a change you should never have to restart your computer. Simply close all open tabs on the browser, and then open the browser back up again. This will provide a full refresh to all of the settings.

Nothing Worked..... Well i was able to play while i disabled PPAPI for Chrome and yes, NPAPI was installed (but wasn't in Chromes plug-ins)

FPS was around 12-25

 

And when my Chrome had NPAPI installed long time ago I was able to play 35-50 fps while some advanced setting were on.

It shows that Chrome HAD PPAPI and NPAPI together, but mine doesn't :(

Then try re-installing.first uninstall the AFP then install again after restart.

PROBLEM SOLVED!!!!!

I did some research in the help section of Tanki Online and did some experiments....

Later i found this setting somewhere in Chrome saying: "Enable NPAPI plugin" (something like that)

Turned off my PPAPI, left NPAPI, played Tanki and got a Whooping 45-60 FPS!!!!!

Thank You everyone for your help! it actually helped me with some other stuff!
