i have a complain,ok i read the privacy policy and knew them.

 

but wait why should a chat moderator be able to know my ip address? i just thought that administration can

 

check my ip for technical reasons,i just asked a chat mod if you can check my ip address or not then he told 

 

me my first 3 digits of ip address,what s that?whyyyyyyyyyY?

whats the point of this that chat moderators can see our ip addresses even if we dont have any violations? its pointless and

You are not making any sense. Do violators announce that they are going to violate. Chat Mods need to have access to everyone's IP address to check any suspicious activity.

They have access to ip addresses of all players. This doesn't mean that they check ip's of all players everyday.

If the game moderators include a rule for their game that account sharing is not allowed, they may take whatever steps they like on their website to enforce their rules. 

IP addresses on the Internet exist in the public domain. Using information about the addresses is not an invasion of privacy when it is explicitly public information.

 

ok, didnt and dont see any notice of this that in game tanki online staff(not office staff) will check ips regular,soon i will leave,i hate

Do not worry, IP addresses are not shared to any normal players nor 3rd parties. Your IP address is only visible to chat mods and forum mods.

It's not a violation of privacy because your IP is not private, it's a public information (as the Yahoo answer you got).

If you do not agree with the Privacy Policy, you have no right to be in this game, and you should leave this site immediately.

If you have any complaints regarding the Privacy Policy, please refer to the administration.
