It means that, Erm, your future, actions you do is wrotten before hand (not in a place) and you act by that, following what is written without even knowinf what it is

 

And not believing in Destiy is that you do things by your own will,not predicted..

Anyway, destiny is a future you look forward to, or a pre-determined good thing that will happen to you.

Fate is a future that you don't look forward to, or a pre-determined bad thing that will happen to you.

I believe that us humans have free will and make our own choices. I don't believe that our lives are entirely predetermined. But personality and genetics certainly influence the course of your life. Time isn't linear, so perhaps everything has already occured in some manner. Also, it is my fate to rule the world.

I somewhat do believe in it, actually. Often, when facing a dilemma, I try to detect signs in usual day things. Also, it's happened more than once during my life that all this has already happened...quite frightening.
