I am banned for doing nothin!? (proff)

So resantly I have had a hacker log in to my account and swich my email yo his. So u sent a report to the Tanki Online support team and they did thier job by linking my email to the one i told them to I even have proff i canvtake screen shots. So right after i read the message i went strait to Tanki and logged in. Then i changed my pass and email and tryed to write something in the comments but then i found out that I got banned for more than. 150 hours. So this was the story, I sent a report to the Tanki online help team and they changed my email but bot my pass(wich I did emediatly) then i yot all happy and wrote sonethibg in the comments and bam the hacker was on my account before i changed the pass and tryed to exchange accounts. Can you unban me?! Becuase im not silently roming around in maps for a WEEK wich is the summer brake rifht now!!!!

My colleague Shar0n and me do not have anything to do with the cases of hacked accounts, only tech support can check them and verify if they have been hacked or not. We cannot do that so please continue to check with them regarding what happened to your acc while it was hacked.
