i agree the punishment implemented on people sometimes is not enough under what categories would people get fined crystals?

A think a big part of Tanki Online, is keeping it clean of violators. But how can we actually keep it clean? Bans? People have gotten used to them already.

So here's my idea: A serious violation will not only receive a ban, but will loose crystals. But before you all jump on my neck and say "Loose crystals for insult and trolling? Crazy!" I want to tell you how it all works.

Warnings are warnings and you will not loose anything crystals from them. But a couple of bans, and you will loose some crystals.

 

- Swearing / Insult / Racism etc.

• 1st time: However long ban.
• 2nd time: However long ban.
• 3rd time: However long ban + 2,000 crystal fine.
• 4th time: However long ban + 2,000 crystal fine.
• 5th time: However long ban + 2,000 crystal fine.
• 6th time: However long ban + 2,500 crystal fine.
• 7th time: However long ban + 2,500 crystal fine.
• 8th time: However long ban + 3,000 crystal fine.
• Rest continue with however long ban +  3,500 crystal fine.

- Sabotaging a battle:

• 1st time: However long ban.
• 2nd time: However long ban + 500 crystal fine.
• 3rd time: However long ban + 1,000 crystal fine.
• 4th time: However long ban + 1,000 crystal fine.
• 5th time: However long ban + 3,000 crystal fine.
• Rest continue with however long ban + 4,000 crystal fine.

- Trading account:

• 1st time: However long ban.
• 2nd time: However long ban.
• 3rd time: However long ban + 1,000 crystal fine.
• 4th time: However long ban + 2,000 crystal fine.
• 5th time: However long ban + 4,000 crystal fine.
• Rest continue with however long ban + 5,500 crystal fine.

• You will be able to know how many times you did the violation, for example; a hacker hacked twice, he doesn't want to get blocked so he checks a 'certain chart' to see that if he does it one more time, he's blocked.
• Small violations, such as flood, and trolling in forum, will not have crystal fines. Because they're small, duh.
• If you can't pay up the crystals you owe, you pay as much as you can and that'll be enough.
• Once Brigadier, all fines are doubled. Yes, I know I'm mean but it's the way it has to be.

Disagree with this. This would be fraud - and you would see the sails flying and a bunch leaving just for gettinga  ban for sending too many messages in a chat that they are having with a friend. Happens to me all the time. Don't  mean to break the rules the spam system is just terrible.
